PART A – PROFESSIONAL FEES

$700.00 + GST

PART B – BASIC SEARCHES AND OUTGOING EXPENSES:

$300.00 + GST

Includes registered search statement, copy of plan, land tax clearance certificate, land information certificate, water information certificate, settlement attendance, file management and administration, final check title search.

We do not charge anything up front for the purchase and all costs are paid on settlement.
