Heather
Owner and Licensed Senior Conveyancer
After 12 years as Director of Finance for an International Education Consultancy, Heather opted for a sea change, moving to the Bass Coast and obtaining her unrestricted Conveyancers licence, She has handled hundreds of property transfers and finds assisting clients a great reward, leading her to purchase Sargeants 5 years ago.
Amy
Licensed Senior Conveyancer
Amy leads the team at Sargeants Conveyancing following a long career as a conveyancer with a variety of law firms. Amy’s clients speak highly of her professional approach, her warm and caring manner, and her commitment to ensuring an efficient, smooth settlements. She has an interest in property, all aspects of property law and developing business processes and systems.
When not at work, Amy enjoys time by the ocean, going to the footy and spending time with her son.
Chelsie
Licensed Senior Conveyancer
Chelsie has been a conveyancer for over 12 years and has been with us for all that time, she likes the routine of the process and ensuring matters proceed smoothly to settlement. She likes to learn new things and has thrived on the transition to electronic conveyancing. Chelsie likes to help people achieve their property sale and purchase goals; she treats each settlement as though it were her own, providing clients with a high level of advice, support, and enthusiasm!
Outside work, Chelsie enjoys travelling, going to the beach, spending time with her dog at the farm and she especially loves being an Aunty!
Ian
Reception and Support
Ian works on the central reception phone desk and enjoys the interaction with clients and helping with general enquiries. He plays trombone with the local brass band as well as a big swing band. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is looking forward to being able to travel and camp in the outback again.
Jamie
Licensed Conveyancer
Jamie’s primary role in the team is to provide expert support and assistance to conveyancers. She has a wealth of relevant experience having worked for several law firms as a conveyancer.
She works with all facets of property transactions including existing dwellings, off-the-plan properties, and transfers, ensuring that clients’ interests are well protected by quality legal services.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Jamie loves cooking, exercise, craft and spending time with her daughter.
Katrina
Conveyancer
Before transitioning to a career in conveyancing, Katrina had a background in Education. She has been a conveyancer for over 7 years, working for a variety of law practices before joining Sargeants. Katrina is friendly and cares about her clients and believes that the details matter, so she always goes that bit extra to ensure a seamless, stress-free conveyancing process.
When not helping her clients, Katrina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Australia in the caravan, and reading – “nothing better than a good thriller!”
Renee
Conveyancer
Renee has a background in accounts and administration in the building industry where she learnt the importance of meticulous attention to detail and quality customer service, invaluable assets for a conveyancer. She has been a conveyancer for 5 years where her past experience is paying dividends in providing accurate, friendly service to her clients. Renee enjoys her interactions with clients, her colleagues, and other parties to the conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, movies, going on holidays, and spoiling her puppy: Maxy!
Vanessa
Conveyancer
Vanessa has been part of the Sargeants team for 5 years, she enjoys working with clients helping them to understand the conveyancing process and to get their property to settlement as efficiently as possible – providing peace of mind and taking the stress out of process for them. Vanessa has a background in real estate sales and holiday rentals with a thorough understanding of property management and marketing, something many of her clients find particularly valuable.
When not attending to her client’s needs, Vanessa enjoys cycling, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Vivian
Licensed Senior Conveyancer
Vivian has been conveyancing for more than 25 years. Meticulous in her approach and with a high attention to detail, Viv is passionate about exceeding her clients’ expectations. She enjoys spending time with family, especially her granddaughter, snuggling with her dogs and travelling.

Amy provides support to the team at Sargeants in all things digital and design. When she’s not working she loves to be creative and is looking forward to planning a trip to an overseas destination sometime soon.

Support
Fran is one of our administrative support people providing conveyancers with backup and assistance to ensure the smooth progress of client’s matters to settlement. She has worked in a variety of administrative roles for more years than she cares to remember and brings that wealth of experience and expertise to Sargeants Conveyancing.
In her spare time Fran likes to spend time with her family, and her pets; she enjoys walking and reading.
